导痰汤联合耳穴压籽治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床效果考察

Clinical Effect of Daotan Decoction Combined with Ear Acupoint Pressing Seeds in the Treatment of Obese Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨导痰汤联合耳穴压籽治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取肥胖型2型糖尿病患者58例,以随机数字表法将患者均分成两组,每组各29例。病例收治时间2019年1月-2021年1月,均为本院门诊收治。其中对照组以常规西医方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上导痰汤联合耳穴压籽治疗。对比两组患者血糖、血脂指标的变化,同时分析不同治疗方案对治疗疗效、中医证候积分的影响。结果治疗后观察组FBG、2hPBG低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BMI、W低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.55%为高于对照组的68.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导痰汤联合耳穴压籽在治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病中具有理想的应用效果,对改善患者血糖、血脂、体质量有极为显著的效果,可对肥胖型糖尿病的治疗产生积极有效的影响,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Daotan Decoction combined with ear acupoint pressing seeds in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 58 obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,each with 29 cases.The cases were admitted from January 2019 to January 2021,and they were all admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Daotan Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood glucose and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups,and the effects of different treatment regimens on the therapeutic efficacy and TCM syndrome scores were also analyzed.Results After treatment,the FBG and 2hPBG of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMI and W of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.55%in observation group and 68.97%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Daotan Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing seeds has an ideal application effect in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus,and has extremely significant effects on improving blood sugar,blood lipids and body weight of patients,and can have a positive and effective effect on the treatment of obese diabetes mellitus,worth promoting.
