摘要
目的 分析头晕的临床鉴别诊断与治疗效果。方法 选择50例因头晕就诊的患者作为此次研究对象,收治时间:2020年1~12月,均接受CT、彩色多普勒超声或磁共振检查,根据诊断结果采取对症治疗,评估治疗效果,比较治疗前后相关评分的变化。结果 50例患者中,脑血管疾病性头晕11例(22.00%),精神障碍性头晕9例(18.00%),良性阵发性位置性头晕7例(14.00%),前庭性头晕13例(26.00%),梅尼埃病性头晕7例(14.00%),突聋性头晕3例(6.00%);对症治疗后,BBS评分明显提高,DARS评分和DHI评分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后总有效率在90%左右,最高达到100%。结论 及时查明头晕原因,采取针对性治疗方案,可以取得较为理想的临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the differential clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of dizziness.Methods 50 patients treated due to dizziness were selected as the study subject from January to December 2020,who all received CT,color Doppler ultrasound or magnetic resonance examination.Symptomatic treatment was taken according to the diagnostic results to evaluate the treatment effect and compare the changes of relevant scores before and after treatment.Results Among the 50 patients,there were 11 cases of cerebrovascular disease dizziness (22.00%),9 cases of mental disorder dizziness (18.00%),7 cases of benign paroxysmal positional dizziness (14.00%),13 cases of vestibular dizziness (26.00%),7 cases of Meniere disease dizziness (14.00%),and 3 cases of sudden deafness dizziness (6.00%);after symptomatic treatment,BBS score was significantly improved,DARS score and DHI score were significantly reduced (P<0.05),and the total effective rate after treatment was about 90%,up to 100%.Conclusion Timely identification of dizziness and targeted treatment plan can achieve ideal clinical effect.
