阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染治疗中的安全性及有效性评价 被引量:2

Safety and Efficacy of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Respiratory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children

摘要 目的研究分析阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染治疗中的安全性和有效性。方法选取广东开平市中心医院儿科住院部于2019年1月-2020年2月收治的支原体肺炎患儿58例,根据随机对照原则分配,将58例肺炎患儿分为实验组与对照组。对照组:28例患儿给予普通抗生素进行治疗观察。实验组:30例患儿适当普通抗生素基础上再给予阿奇霉素治疗。随后分别对两组肺炎患儿的病程经过、治疗有效性、用药安全性以及并发症等进行评估。结果对照组患儿较实验组患儿病程稍长,实验组患儿发热、干咳等临床症状较对照组肺炎患儿明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患儿用药期间未出现不良反应及相关并发症。结论阿奇霉素在治疗小儿呼吸道肺炎支原体感染中有较高的安全性,其效果也值得肯定。 Objective To study and analyze the safety and effectiveness of azithromycin in children infected with respiratory Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods 58 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in pediatric inpatients of Kaiping Central Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected.According to the principle of random control,58 children with pneumonia were divided into experimental group and control group.The control group:28 children were treated with ordinary antibiotics for observation,and the experimental group:30 children were treated with azithromycin on the basis of appropriate ordinary antibiotics.Then,the course of disease,treatment effectiveness,drug safety and complications of the two groups of children with pneumonia were evaluated.Results The course of children in the control group was slightly longer than that of the children in the experimental group.The clinical symptoms such as fever and dry cough in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions and related complications occurred in the two groups of children during medication.Conclusion Azithromycin is safe and effective in the treatment of respiratory Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
