胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Weifuchun Capsule Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月-2021年4月进入本院诊治的功能性消化不良患者96例开展研究。患者根据治疗方式不同分入不同组别,48例采用奥美拉唑治疗患者为对照组,48例采用胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑方案治疗患者为观察组,比较两组治疗的临床有效率、临床症状评分及胃肠激素水平胃蛋白酶原I、胃蛋白酶原II的变化。结果两组患者治疗前后比较,症状评分都有改善,且改善程度观察组大于对照组;观察组/对照组的患者治疗总有效率为95.8%/83.3%,痊显率为79.2%/52.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃蛋白酶原I、胃蛋白酶原II水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃复春胶囊联合奥美拉唑组合治疗功能性消化不良,能够有效改善患者胃肠功能的状态,整体提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Weifuchun capsule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 96 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,48 cases in the control group were treated with omeprazole,and 48 cases in the observation group were treated with Weifuchun capsule combined with omeprazole.The clinical effective rate,clinical symptom score,gastrointestinal hormones and levels of pepsinogen I and pepsinogen II of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were improved in varying degrees,and the improvement degree of the observation group was greater than that of the control group;the total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 95.8%and 83.3%,respectively,and recovery rates were 79.2%(observation group)and 52.1%(control group),total effective rates and recovery rates both showed statistically significant difference;the levels of pepsinogen I and pepsinogen II in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Weifuchun capsule combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia has good effect,which can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients and improve the overall effect of clinical treatment.
