乳宁颗粒治疗乳房多发性纤维瘤的疗效观察

Effect of Runing Granule on Multiple Fibroma of the Breast

目的探究乳宁颗粒治疗乳房多发性纤维瘤的疗效。方法从安徽省宣城市中心医院2020年2月-2021年1月收治的乳房多发性纤维瘤患者中随机抽取120例作为研究对象,按照用药不同的方式将其分为观察组与对照组,各60例,观察组患者服用乳宁颗粒,每天3次,每人20g/次,经期停用。对照组患者服用三苯氧胺,每天3次,每人20g/次,经期停用。服药1个月为一疗程,连续服药3个疗程。比较两组患者用药后乳房疼痛情况、不良反应发生率及、药物治疗总有效率及后免疫功能情况。结果两组患者疼痛评分比较,患者服药3个疗程后乳房疼痛情况,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,观察组6.67%优于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者总有效率比较,观察组96.66%优于对照组86.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前免疫指标CD3~+百分比、CD4~+百分比、CD8~+百分比、CD4~+/CD8~+指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后CD3~+百分比、CD4~+百分比、CD4~+/CD8~+指标较治疗前后明显改善,CD8~+百分比指标有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳宁颗粒具有疏肝散结、理气解郁的作用,且不良反应小,用药安全性高,对于乳房多发性纤维瘤的治疗效果显著,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Runing granules in the treatment of breast multiple fibroma.Methods 120 cases of multiple fibroma patients in Xuancheng Central Hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were randomLy selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different ways of medication,60 cases in each group.The observation group received Runing granules 3 times a day,20g/time per person,with menstrual suspension.Control group received tamoxifen 3 times a day,20g/time per person,and stopped using it during menstruation.After taking medicine for 1 month as a course of treatment,taking medicine for 3 courses continuously,the breast pain,the incidence of adverse reactions,the total effective rate of drug treatment and the immune function were compared between the two groups after medication.Results Comparing pain scores between two groups of patients,the situation of breast pain after 3 courses of medication,the observation group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR was 6.67%in observation group lower than 20.00%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.66%in the observation group higher than 86.66%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the immune indexes of CD3percentage,CD4percentage,CD8percentage and CD4/CD8in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The indexes of CD3percentage,CD4percentage and CD4/CD8in 2 groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before and after treatment.The percentage of CD8was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Runing granules have the effects of dredging liver and dispersing nodules,regulating qi and relieving depression,with small adverse reactions and high safety.It has a significant effect on the treatment of breast multiple fibroma and has clinical promotion value.
