浅谈输尿管镜钬激光碎石术在嵌顿输尿管结石治疗中的价值与对预后的影响

Value of Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in Incarcerated Ureteral Calculi and its Influence on Prognosis

目的研究对于嵌顿输尿管结石患者进行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术的临床效果及评价。方法选取徐州市贾汪区人民医院2019年1月-2020年1月接收的嵌顿输尿管结石患者60例,对照组采用体外冲击波碎石术进行治疗,实验组采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗情况(包括术中各项手术指标、结石清除情况)以及不良反应的发生情况进行对比分析。结果实验组治疗后各项手术指标明显优于对照组,术后结石清除率也高于对照组,经过统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率明显高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术可以优化各项手术指标,减少患者的并发症的发生,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and clinical evaluation of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and extracorporeal lithotripsy for patients with incarcerated ureteral stones.Methods 60 patients with ureteral calculi received in our hospital between January 2019 and January 2020 were selected.Control group adopts extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for treatment,the experimental group with ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment,treatment effect of the two groups(including intraoperative operation indicators,stone clearance)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results After treatment,surgical indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the postoperative stone clearance rate was also higher than that of the control group.After statistical analysis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can optimize various surgical indicators and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
