X线及CT诊断对强直性脊柱炎的诊断效果和影像学特点

The Diagnostic Effect and Imaging Characteristics of X-ray and CT Diagnosis on Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的观察强直性脊柱炎诊断中X线与CT的诊断效果,分析影像学特点。方法选择东莞市东城医院2016年4月-2021年11月接收的强直性脊柱炎患者36例,均先后利用X线、CT诊断,观察诊断结果。结果CT检查准确率、病变征象检出率明显高于X线(P<0.05);整体上看,CT影像的清晰度、直观性优于X线。结论强直性脊柱炎诊断中,CT的诊断准确率、图像清晰度明显优于X线,更有利于早期检出该疾病。

Objective To observe the diagnostic effect of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and analyze the imaging characteristics.Methods 36 patients with ankylosing spondylitis received from April 2016 to November 2021 were selected,and all were diagnosed by X-ray and CT to observe the diagnosis results.Results The accuracy of CT examination and lesion image detection rate were significantly higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05);overall,the clarity and intuition of CT image were better than those of X-ray.Conclusion In the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis,the diagnostic accuracy and image clarity of CT are significantly better than those of the X-ray,which is more conducive to the early detection of the disease.
