全程护理对产妇应用Cook双球囊足月妊娠引产的效果

The Effect of Whole Nursing in Inducing Labor in Full Term Pregnancy with Cook Double Balloon

目的探究全程护理对产妇应用Cook双球囊足月妊娠进行引产的影响。方法选择2020年1~6月在惠州市惠阳区淡水三和医院进行分娩的52例足月妊娠产妇作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将52例产妇分为对照组(n=26)及观察组(n=26)。两组均采用Cook双球囊进行引产,其中对照组围产期单行常规护理,观察组围产期在常规护理基础上配合全程护理。对比两组干预前后的宫颈Bishop评分、产后出血情况及分娩结局,参考阿氏评分(Apgar)评估两组新生儿健康状况。结果干预后,观察组宫颈Bishop评分较对照组高,产后出血量低于对照组,Apgar评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率为7.69%,低于对照组的34.62%(P<0.05)。结论于产妇应用Cook双球囊足月妊娠引产期间应用全程护理可促进其宫颈成熟,降低其产后出血风险,改善其分娩结局,同时有利于胎儿以健康的状态出生。

Objective To explore the effect of whole-course nursing on puerpera induced labor with Cook double balloon for full-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 52 full-term pregnant parturients who delivered in our hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=26)and observation group(n=26)by random number table method.Both groups were induced with Cook double balloon.The control group received single routine nursing during perinatal period,and the observation group received whole-course nursing on the basis of routine nursing during perinatal period.Bishop score,postpartum hemorrhage and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,and Apgar score was used to evaluate the health status of neonates in the two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher cervical Bishop score,lower postpartum blood loss and higher Apgar score than the control group(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section in observation group was 7.69%,lower than 34.62%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of nursing during the induction of pregnancy with Cook double balloon can promote cervical maturity,reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the delivery outcome,and benefit the fetus to be born in a healthy state.
