情景模拟+微格教学提升精神科护士暴力处理能力的作用

The Role of Situational Simulation + Microteaching in Improving the Ability of Psychiatric Nurses to Deal with Violence

目的探讨情景模拟+微格教学提升精神科护士暴力处理能力的作用。方法选取2020年8月-2021年8月江门市第三人民医院精神科38名护士为干预对象,所有护士均接受情景模拟+微格教学培训干预,比较护士干预前后负性情绪评分、暴力处理能力评分、约束使用率及约束时间。结果护士干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士干预后的暴力沟通能力、暴力评估技能、暴力操作技巧、暴力自我防护、暴力处理配合等各项暴力处理能力评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士干预后对暴力患者约束使用率明显低于干预前,约束时间明显短于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对精神科护士予以情景模拟+微格教学培训,可促使其负性情绪得到有效改善,并有助于提升其暴力处理能力,减少对患者的约束时间和约束使用率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the role of situational simulation+microteaching in improving the violence handling ability of psychiatric nurses.Methods 38 psychiatric nurses in Psychiatry Department of,Jiangmen Third People’s Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the intervention objects.All nurses received situational simulation+microteaching training intervention.The negative emotion score,violence handling ability score,restraint utilization rate and restraint time before and after the intervention were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of nurses after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention.The scores of violence communication ability,violence evaluation skills,violence operation skills,violence self-protection and violence treatment cooperation of nurses after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the utilization rate of restraint for violent patients after nurse intervention was significantly lower than that before intervention,the restraint time was significantly shorter than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational simulation+microteaching training for psychiatric nurses can effectively improve their negative emotions,improve their ability to deal with violence,and reduce the constraint time and utilization rate of patients.It is worth popularizing.
