康复护理联合针灸在脑出血术后后遗症患者康复护理中应用及对其NIHSS评分影响

Application of Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Acupuncture in Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Sequelae After Cerebral Hemorrhage and its Effect on NIHSS Score

目的探讨康复护理联合针灸在脑出血术后后遗症患者康复护理中应用及其对美国国立卫生联合院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分影响。方法选取吴川市人民医院于2021年4~10月收治的63例脑出血术后后遗症患者,按照入院编号的单双数将其分为康复组(n=32)与联合组(n=31)。给予康复组患者康复护理模式干预,联合组则在康复组基础上加用针灸,两组连续护理4周后,利用NIHSS量表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别对两组患者护理前后神经功能、心理焦虑情况进行比较,并使用肢体运动功能评分表(FMA)比较两组患者肢体活动情况,护理后,评估两组临床效果,并为两组患者发放本院自制护理满意度评分调查表,统计两组护理满意度。结果护理后,联合组NIHSS、SAS评分较康复组低(P<0.05),而联合组的FMA评分高于康复组(P<0.05),联合组总有效率为93.75%,较康复组的74.19%高(P<0.05)。此外,联合组与康复组护理满意度分别为96.88%与80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血术后后遗症患者采用康复护理联合针灸可有效恢修复其神经受损部位,改善肢体活动状况,减轻患者焦虑心理,对预后的改善有积极促进意义,患者护理满意度普遍较高,具有良好应用价值。

Objective To explore the application of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture in rehabilitation nursing of patients with postoperative sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score.Methods A total of 63 patients with postoperative sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2021 to October 2021 were selected and divided into rehabilitation group(n=32)and combined group(n=31)according to the odd and even numbers of admission numbers.Rehabilitation nursing mode intervention was given to patients in the rehabilitation group,and acupuncture was added to the rehabilitation group in the combined group.After 4 weeks of continuous nursing,the NIHSS scale and the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)were used to treat the nerves of the two groups before and after nursing,comparing function and psychological anxiety,and comparing the physical activity of the two groups of patients using the Limb Motor Function Score Sheet(FMA).After nursing,the study evaluates the clinical effects of the two groups,and distributes our hospital’s self-made nursing satisfaction score survey form to the two groups of patients,comparing the statistics nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results After nursing,the NIHSS and SAS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05),while the FMA score of the combined group was higher than that of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.75%,higher than 74.19%of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).In addition,the nursing satisfaction of the combined group and the rehabilitation group were 96.88%and 80.65%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture for patients with postoperative sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage can effectively restore and repair their nerve damage,improve physical activity,reduce patient anxiety,and positively promote the improvement of prognosis.Patient care satisfaction is generally high,with good application value.
