基于时机理论的居家护理对初产妇产后自护能力及生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Home Nursing Based on Opportunity Theory on Self-care Ability and Quality of Life of Primipara

目的观察基于时机理论的居家护理对初产妇产后自护能力及生活质量的影响分析。方法将2021年1~10月在中山市人民医院就诊收治的初产妇150例,用随机数字表法进行分组,每组各75例,其中一组接受常规护理为对照组,另一组接受基于时机理论的居家护理为研究组,并随访1个月。比较两组产妇在干预前、随访时的产后自护能力、健康行为能力及生活质量评分,统计产妇对护理的满意率。结果随访时两组产妇自我护理能力、健康行为能力较指导前有所提升,研究组与对照组相比评分更高(P<0.05),有统计学意义。而在随访时的生活质量评分较干预前有着显著的提升,研究组与对照组相比评分更高(P<0.05)。研究组产妇对护理的总满意率与对照组相比更高(P<0.05)。结论在护理前,初产妇的自护能力及生活质量均较差,而经过基于时机理论的居家护理或常规护理干预后,产妇的自护能力及生活质量均较前有所提升,而前者相对于后者的提升程度更高,且患者对前者的护理效果更满意。

Objective To observe the effect of home nursing based on opportunity theory on self-care ability and quality of life of primipara.Methods The 150 primiparas who saw a doctor in our hospital from January to October 2021 were investigated.They were randomLy divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group.One group received routine nursing as the control group and the other group received home nursing based on opportunity theory as the study group,and they were followed up for 1 month.The postpartum self-care ability,health behavior ability and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before intervention and during follow-up Women’s satisfaction rate with nursing.Results During the follow-up,the self-care ability and health behavior ability of the two groups were improved compared with those before guidance.The score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The score of quality of life at follow-up was significantly improved compared with that before intervention,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-care ability and quality of life of primipara are poor before nursing.After home nursing intervention based on opportunity theory or routine nursing intervention,the self-care ability and quality of life of primipara are improved,and the improvement degree of the former is higher than that of the latter,and the patients are more satisfied with the nursing effect of the former.
