盐酸舍曲林+阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠的疗效及安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Sertraline Hydrochloride + Agomelatine in the Treatment of Depression with Insomnia

目的探讨盐酸舍曲林+阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴失眠的疗效及安全性。方法将2018年7月-2020年8月本院收治的88例抑郁症伴失眠患者随机分为对照组(n=44)和实验组(n=44),对照组予以盐酸舍曲林治疗,实验组联合应用阿戈美拉汀治疗,比较两组临床疗效、抑郁评分及睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率(95.45%)较对照组(79.55%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组干预后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组干预后的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍等PSQI指标评分均较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸舍曲林+阿戈美拉汀用于抑郁症伴失眠的治疗,对患者失眠及抑郁症状的改善效果更佳,可进一步提升治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of sertraline hydrochloride+agomelatine in the treatment of depression with insomnia.Methods 88 patients with depression and insomnia treated in our hospital from July 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and experimental group(n=44).The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride and the experimental group was treated with agomelatine.The clinical efficacy,depression score and sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.45%)was higher than that of the control group(79.55%)(P<0.05);After the intervention,the scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group;After the intervention,the scores of PSQI indexes such as sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep disorder in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride+agomelatine in the treatment of depression with insomnia has a better effect on the improvement of insomnia and depressive symptoms,and can further improve the treatment effect.
