对比进口与国产卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的效果

Comparison of the Effects of Imported and Domestic Carprost Tromethamine in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的分析和对比进口与国产卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的临床疗效与不良反应发生率。方法回顾性收集医院2020年6月-2021年6月收治的69例产后出血患者临床资料,根据其采用进口或国产卡前列素氨丁三醇分组,将采用国产卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液(安列克)治疗患者纳入国产组(35例),将采用进口卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液(欣母沛)治疗患者纳入进口组(34例)。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、产后血红蛋白水平、产后1d恶露量、脉搏、药品费用、不良反应发生率进而产后不同时间的血小板计数、纤维蛋白原(FIB)。结果两组治疗总有效率、产后血红蛋白水平、产后1d恶露量、脉搏比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);进口组治疗药品费用高于国产组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。国产组呕吐、腹泻高于进口组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进口组产后2h、4h的血小板计数、FIB高于国产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产后24h的血小板计数、FIB比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在产后出血治疗中,采用进口和国产卡前列素氨丁三醇均有较高的应用价值,但国产药物费用较低,可满足患者减少医疗成本的需求。

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates of imported and domestic carprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 69 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively collected.According to their groups using imported or domestic carprost tromethamine,they will be injected with domestic carprost tromethamine The patients treated with the liquid(Anglek)were included in the domestic group(35 cases),and the patients treated with imported carboprost tromethamine injection(Xinmabei)were included in the imported group(34 cases).The total effective rate of treatment,the level of postpartum hemoglobin,the volume of lochia 1 day postpartum,the pulse rate,the cost of medicine,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the platelet count and fibrinogen(FIB)at different times after delivery were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment,postpartum hemoglobin level,volume of lochia 1 day postpartum,and pulse between the two groups(P>0.05);the cost of treatment drugs in the imported group was higher than that in the domestic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vomiting and diarrhea of the domestic group were higher than those of the imported group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet count and FIB of the imported group 2h and 4h postpartum were higher than the domestic group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the platelet counts and FIB 24h postpartum between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,both imported and domestic carprost tromethamine have higher application value,but domestic drugs have lower cost,which can meet the needs of patients to reduce medical costs.
