胃复春对Hp再感染率影响的观察

Observation on the Effect of Weifuchun on Hp Reinfection Rate

目的减少根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)中抗生素使用,降低Hp再感染率。方法选取将体检Hp阳性人员1200例随机分为干预组和对照组,各600例,对照组按常规四联治疗,干预组减少一种抗生素,加胃复春治疗。均为14d为一个疗程。结果根除后观察一年复查Hp,干预组再感染率为8%明显低于对照组12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃复春代替一种抗生素的四联疗法可降低Hp再感染率。

Objective To reduce the use of antibiotics in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and reduce the reinfection rate of Hp.Methods 1200 Hp positive patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 600 individuals.The control group was treated with conventional quadruple therapy,while for the treatment group,one kind of antibiotic was eliminated from the conventional quadruple therapy and Weifuchun was introduced in.All the two groups were treated for 14 days as a course of treatment.Results Observed one year after the eradication of H.pylori,the reinfection rate of the treatment group was 8%,significantly lower than the 12%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quadruple therapy with Weifuchun substitute for one antibiotic can reduce the rate of Hp reinfection.
