高强度聚焦超声消融治疗与子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗对子宫肌瘤患者疗效、并发症及术后生活质量的影响

Influence of High-intensity Focused Ultrasound and Hysteromyomectomy on the Curative Effect,Complications and Postoperative Quality of Life of Patients with Hysteromyoma

目的探讨高强度聚焦超声消融(HIFU)治疗与子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗对子宫肌瘤患者疗效、并发症及术后生活质量的影响。方法所有纳入本次研究的患者,均为2019年1月-2021年3月东莞康华医院收治的确诊为子宫肌瘤患者,共纳入100例,按随机分组法分为对照组以及研究组,对照组行子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,研究组行HIFU治疗,对比两组疗效。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精力、情感智能、精神健康、总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组LH、FSH、PRL水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生病危,研究组发热、再入院治疗人数总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者接受HIFU治疗,能有效地提升疗效,改善性激素水平,提升患者术后生活质量,且术后并发症发生率较低,该疗法值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of High-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)and myomectomy on the curative effect,complications and postoperative quality of life of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods All the patients in this study were diagnosed as uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021.A total of 100 patients were included,and 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group was treated with myomectomy,while the research group was treated with HIFU Knife and myomectomy.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical function,physical pain,social function,energy,emotional intelligence,mental health and the overall health of the study group were all higher than those of the control group,(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and PRL in the study group were higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).There was no critical illness in both groups,and the total incidence of fever and readmission in the study group was lower than that in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with uterine fibroids treated with HIFU Knife can effectively improve the curative effect,the level of sex hormones and quality of life after operation,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.This therapy is worth popularizing.
