血液透析联合血液灌流治疗对慢性肾衰竭患者临床疗效及不良反应观察

Clinical Effectiveness and Adverse Reactions of Hemodialysis and Blood Perfusion in Chronic Renal Failure Patients

目的分析血液透析加血液灌流对慢性肾衰的疗效和不良反应的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2022年3月本院收入慢性肾衰总共62例患者,结合抽签法分成对照组(仅予以血液透析)和观察组(于对照组基础上加以血液灌流)分别包含31例,比较两组治疗前后血尿酸(UA)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)等肾功能指标;血磷(P)、血钙(Ca)及钙磷乘积等钙磷代谢指标及不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组BUN、Scr、UA水平相比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组UN、Scr、UA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组P、Ca、钙磷乘积水平相比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组P、钙磷乘积水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组Ca水平相比无差异(P>0.05)。观察组胃肠道反应、头晕头痛、皮疹等不良反应出现少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析加血液灌流能改善慢性肾衰患者肾功能与钙磷代谢,减少不良反应产生,值得采用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness and adverse reactions of hemodialysis and blood perfusion in chronic renal failure patients.Methods 62 chronic renal failure patients treated from January 2021 to January 2022 in our hospital were selected.According to picking method,patients were divided into control group(n=31,hemodialysis)and observation group(n=31,hemodialysis and blood perfusion).The renal function indicators like blood uric acid(UA),serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were compared;the calcium-phosphorous metabolism indicators like serum phosphorus(P),blood calcium(Ca)and calcium-phosphorus products and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results Before treatment,BUN,Scr and UA contents between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,BUN,Scr and UA contents in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);before treatment,P,Ca and calcium-phosphorus products between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,P and calcium-phosphorus products in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);Ca contents between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);the adverse reactions like gastrointestinal reaction,dizziness,headache and skin rash in the observation group were fewer than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis and blood perfusion can improve the renal function and calcium-phosphorous metabolism,and reduce the adverse reactions.It is worthy of application.
