直肠放置水囊用于高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤疼痛护理中的价值研究

摘要 目的分析直肠放置水囊用于高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤疼痛护理中的价值。方法前瞻性选取2020年8月-2021年12月于本院妇科开展HIFU的子宫肌瘤患者100例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成对照组(HIFU治疗)和研究组(直肠放置水囊辅助HIFU治疗)各有50例,对比两组术后疼痛程度、舒适度评分、手术前后肌瘤体积和满意度情况。结果研究组术后疼痛反应轻于对照组,术后肌瘤体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组舒适度评分中的生理维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),余下维度评分和对照组无差异(P>0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠放置水囊用于HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤疼痛护理中能减轻患者的疼痛反应,提升手术疗效、舒适度和满意度,值得采用。 Objective To analyze the value of water bag placement on the pain care of uterine fibroid patients following the high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).Methods In the perspective study,100 uterine fibroid patients of undergoing HIFU from August 2020 to December 2021 in our gynecology department were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,patients were divided into control group(HIFU)and study group(HIFU with water bag),50 cases in each group.The pain degree,comfort scores,fibroid volume and patient’s satisfaction were compared.Results The postoperative pain reaction in the study group was milder than control group;the fibroid volume was smaller than control group(P<0.05);the physiological assessment scores in the study group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the other comfort scores between study group and control group were not significantly different(P>0.05);patient’s satisfaction in the study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During HIFU,the rectal placement of water bag can relieve the pain reaction and increase the surgical effects,comfort levels and patient’s satisfaction for uterine fibroid patients.It is worthy of application.
