摘要
目的探讨SBME联合PBL法在泌尿外科见习中的应用效果。方法选择在本院2021年3月-2022年5月泌尿外科见习的临床医学学生60名,根据临床带教方法不同,根据随机数字分组法,将2017级临床专业30名学生作为对照组,2018级临床专业30名学生作为试验组。对照组接受传统临床教学模式,试验组接受SBME联合PBL法教学,比较两组医学生考核成绩、学习认同度、教学质量评价等。结果带教前两组医学生操作技能得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组操作技能得分、临床综合处理能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科在带教见习医学生时,可采用SBME联合PBL法进行带教,此方式相比于传统带教法,可显著提升医学生考核成绩、学习认同度,进一步改善教学质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of SBME and PBL in urology.Methods 60 clinical medical students were enrolled in urology from March 2021 to May 2022.According to different clinical teaching methods,30 students from 2017 clinical specialty were selected as control groups,and 30 students from clinical specialty in 2018 were selected as test groups.The control group received the traditional clinical teaching mode,and the experimental group received SBME and PBL teaching,and compared the assessment scores,learning recognition and teaching quality evaluation of the two medical groups.Results No difference between the operating skills scores(P>0.05),the operation skills score and clinical comprehensive processing ability scores were higher than thecontrol group,and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urology department can use SBME and PBL method for teaching.Compared with the traditional teaching method,it can significantly improve the assessment performance and learning recognition of medical students,and further improve the teaching quality.
