集束化干预在急性脑出血病人肠内营养中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Clustering Intervention in Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究集束化干预措施在急性脑出血病人肠内营养中的应用效果。方法选择2019年5月-2021年5月在钦州市第一人民医院重症医学科住院的64例急性脑出血病人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例病人。对照组给予常规的肠内营养护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上施加集束化护理干预措施。比较两组病人肠内营养启动时间、目标量达成时间、喂养不耐受发生率、治疗满意度情况。结果观察组病人肠内营养启动时间早于对照组病人,观察组病人目标量达成用时短于对照组病人,观察组病人喂养不耐受情况低于对照组病人,观察组病人治疗满意度高于对照组病人,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理干预措施有利于尽早启动急性脑出血病人的肠内营养,促进喂养目标量的达成,减少肠内营养喂养不耐受的发生率,提高治疗满意度,可在临床中进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of clustering intervention measures in enteral nutrition in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 64 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were hospitalized in the Department of critical care of Qinzhou First People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group using a random number table method.Group 32 patients.The control group was given routine enteral nutrition nursing measures,and the observation group was given clustered nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group.The start time of enteral nutrition,the time to reach the target amount,the incidence of feeding intolerance,and the satisfaction of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The start time of enteral nutrition in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and it took shorter time to reach the target amount in the observation group than in the control group.The feeding intolerance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the observation group had higher satisfaction with treatment in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clustered nursing intervention measures is beneficial to start enteral nutrition for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage as soon as possible,promote the achievement of the feeding target amount,reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition feeding intolerance,and improve treatment satisfaction,which can be further in the clinic Promote applications.
