小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿采用家庭协同式护理对心理情绪及护理质量的影响

The Effect of Family Cooperative Nursing in Children with Viral Myocarditis on the Psychological Emotion and Nursing Quality

目的探讨小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿采用家庭协同式护理对其心理情绪及护理质量的影响。方法研究对象为本院在2020年6月-2021年1月收治的124例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿,以抽签法将其分为参照组(n=62)和研究组(n=62),两组患儿在开展常规护理的同时,研究组增加应用家庭协同式护理,对比其护理前后的心理情绪变化、护理质量变化、心功能指数变化以及护理依从性变化。结果护理前,研究组SCARED评分、CDI评分、护理质量评分、CI指标、EF指标以及护理依从性评分和参照组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组SCARED评分明显低于参照组,CDI评分明显低于参照组,护理质量评分明显高于参照组,CI明显高于参照组,EF明显高于参照组,护理依从性评分明显高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿的护理干预模式中,家庭协同式护理不仅可以对患儿心理情绪以及护理质量产生积极影响,而且还可以进一步改善其心功能,有助于提高其护理依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of family cooperative nursing in children with viral myocarditis on their psychological mood and nursing quality.Methods The subjects of the study were 124 children with viral myocarditis in our hospital from June 2020 to January 2021.They were divided into a reference group(n=62)and a study group(n=62)by lottery.While carrying out routine nursing care for the two groups of children,the research group increased the application of family collaborative nursing,and compared their psychological and emotional changes,changes in nursing quality,changes in cardiac function index,and changes in nursing compliance before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,the study group’s SCARED score,CDI score,nursing quality score,CI index,EF index,and nursing compliance score were not statistically significant compared with the reference group(P>0.05);after nursing,the study group’s SCARED score was significantly lower In the reference group,the CDI score was significantly lower than the reference group,the nursing quality score was significantly higher than the reference group,CI was significantly higher than the reference group,EF was significantly higher than the reference group,and the nursing compliance score was significantly higher than the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing intervention model for children with viral myocarditis,family collaborative nursing can not only have a positive impact on the children’s psychology and the quality of care,but also can further improve their heart function and help improve their nursing compliance.
