腹腔镜辅助治疗小儿隐睾症的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Assisted Treatment on Children with Cryptorchidism

目的对腹腔镜辅助治疗小儿隐睾症的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选择2017年12月-2020年8月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院收治的62例隐睾症患儿作为研究对象,将其随机均分为对比组和研究组,各31例。对比组实施传统开放手术治疗,研究组实施腹腔镜下隐睾手术治疗,比较两组患儿手术情况、临床疗效以及并发症情况。结果研究组中患儿术后下床活动时间、术中出血量以及住院时间与对比组相比,研究组水平均更低,数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对比组,但临床治疗总有效率则高于对比组,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隐睾症患儿接受腹腔镜辅助治疗,拥有更高、更理想临床疗效的同时对降低术后并发症发生率有积极影响,且创伤小,可加速患儿康复,值得在临床运用及大力推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted treatment of children with cryptorchidism.Methods The paper chose 62 children with cryptorchidism treated in Qujing City the First People’s Hospital from December 2017 to August 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and the study group randomly,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and study group with laparoscopic cryptorchidism surgery.Operation condition,clinical effect and complications was compared between two groups.Results Study group had lower level of postoperative ambulation time,intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization time than control group,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group,total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic adjuvant therapy can achieve higher and more ideal clinical effect for cryptorchidism children,with positive effect on reducing incidence of postoperative complications,with less trauma,can accelerate rehabilitation of children,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
