硒酵母结合左旋甲状腺素片治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Selenium Yeast Combined with Levothyroxine Tablets in Treatment of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

目的分析硒酵母结合左旋甲状腺素片治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床效果。方法取2019年1月-2020年6月进入阳江市人民医院接受治疗的桥本甲状腺炎患者60例作观察对象,根据随机数字表法进行分组治疗,对照组患者单一给药左旋甲状腺素,观察组则加入硒酵母,对比两组甲状腺功能、自身抗体指标、不良反应与治疗有效性。结果两组患者治疗前的甲状腺功能与自身抗体水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组TSH、FT3、FT4、TGAb、TPOAB指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率96.67%(29/30)较对照组76.67%(23/30)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率高达30.00%(9/30),显然高于观察组6.67%(2/30)(P<0.05)。结论临床把硒酵母结合左旋甲状腺素片用在桥本甲状腺炎的治疗过程中效果显著,有助于积极改善机体的甲状腺功能,降低甲状腺自身抗体水平,且安全性高,可推荐。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine tablets in treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis treated in Yangjiang City People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 as observation objects,and divided them into groups with random digital table method.Control group was treated with levothyroxine only,and observation group with selenium yeast.Thyroid function,autoantibody indexes,adverse reactions and treatment effect were compared bewteen two groups.Results There was no significant difference in thyroid function and autoantibody level between two groups before treatment,(P>0.05).After treatment,indexes of TSH,FT3,FT4,TGAb and TPOAb in observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than control group,76.67%(23/30),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in control group was as high as 30.00%(9/30),significantly higher than 6.67%(2/30)in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Selenium yeast combined with levothyroxine tablets can achieve significant effect in treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,can improve body’s thyroid function and reduce thyroid autoantibodies levels,which is safe and can be recommended.
