独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Modified Pubescent Angelica and Loranthus Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Bone Injury Manipulation in Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的研究独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,LIDP)疗效。方法选取成都中医药大学附属医院2019年10月-2020年10月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者88例,分为对照组与研究组。对照组予中医骨伤手法,研究组在对照组基础上予独活寄生汤加减,比较两组疗效,并对治疗前、后患者的疼痛、下肢功能、腰部功能、睡眠障碍评分及生活质量评分进行评估。结果对照组总有效率75%,研究组90.9%,治疗后两组疼痛评分、腰部功能评分、睡眠障碍总分较治疗前降低,研究组明显低于对照组,而下肢功能Fugl-Meyer与生活质量WHOQOL-100评分较治疗前明显提升,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减联合中医骨伤手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果优异,可提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者症状,减轻患者疼痛,更好地让患者恢复正常生活,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To study effect of modified pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP).Methods The paper chose 88 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020,and divided them into control group and study group.Control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation,and study group with pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction decoction on the basis of control group.Curative effect of two groups was compared,and pains,lower limb function,lumbar function,sleep disorder score and life quality scores of patients were evaluated before and after treatment.Results Total effective rate of control group was 75%,that of study group was 90.9%.After treatment,pain scores,lumbar function scores and total scores of sleep disorder in two groups were lower than before treatment,those of study group were significantly lower than control group,Fugl-Meyer and WHOQOL-100 scores of lower limb function were significantly higher than before treatment,those of study group were higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone injury manipulation can achieve clinical effect excellent in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,can improve treatment effect,symptoms,reduce pains,and help patients return to normal life,which is worthy of wide promotionand application.
