循证护理联合营养干预对直肠癌根治术后患者快速康复的护理临床应用

Clinical Application of Evidence-based Nursing Combined with Nutritional Intervention for Rapid Rehabilitation of Rectal Cancer Patients After Radical Resection

目的分析循证护理联合营养干预对直肠癌根治术后患者快速康复的护理临床应用效果。方法此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2019年6月-2020年2月进入罗定市中医院接受治疗的直肠癌根治术患者共计30例划分为两组,各组15例,对照组给予循证护理,联合组则行循证护理联合营养干预,经护理干预1个月后,比较两组患者营养状况,观察生活质量。结果在血红蛋白、前白蛋白以及白蛋白水平上,对照组低于联合组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组患者比较,联合组生活质量各项评分均显著较高,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理与营养干预联合应用到直肠癌根治术患者,作用突出,利于患者生活质量的改善,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of evidence-based nursing combined with nutritional intervention for rapid rehabilitation of rectal cancer patients after radical resection.Methods The paper chose 30 cases rectal cancer patients treated in Luoding City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to February 2020,and divided them into two groups,with 15 cases in each group.Control group was treated with evidence-based nursing,and combined group with evidence-based nursing combined with nutritional intervention.After one month of nursing intervention,nutritional status was compared and life quality was observed between two groups.Results Levels of hemoglobin,prealbumin and albumin in control group were lower than combined group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).life quality scores of combined group were significantly higher than control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of evidence-based nursing and nutritional intervention can achieve prominent effect for rectal cancer patients with radical resection,can help improve of life quality of patients,which is recommended for promotion and application in clinical practice.
