浅谈小儿川崎病的护理要点

Discussion on Nursing Points of Kawasaki Disease of Children

目的对小儿川崎病患者进行临床护理方面的研究,使用综合护理干预措施进行病情的改善,并探讨相应护理手段对患儿病情改善的效果。方法选取北京市房山区良乡医院2018年1月-2020年2月收治的40例小儿川崎病患者进行临床研究,将所有患者分为综合护理组(n=20例)和常规护理组(n=20例),对比和分析两组患儿身体健康状况的改善效果。结果完成护理后,相较于常规护理组护理后并发症发生率20%,综合护理组护理后并发症发生率5%相对更低。而在生活质量改善效果的对比方面,综合护理组生活质量评分显著高于常规护理组护理后生活质量评分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿川崎病患者实施综合护理手段,能够减少并发症,同时对于患儿生活质量的提升也有积极的促进作用,值得推广使用。

Objective To study clinical nursing of children with Kawasaki disease,and improve the condition with comprehensive nursing interventions,and explore effect of corresponding nursing methods on condition improvement of children.Methods The paper chose 40 children with Kawasaki disease treated in Fangshan District Liangxiang Hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 for clinical study,and divided them into comprehensive nursing group(n=20 cases)and routine nursing group(n=20 cases).Improvement effect of physical health status between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After completion of nursing,incidence of complications was 20%in routine nursing group,relatively higher than 5%in comprehensive nursing group.In terms of effect comparison of life quality improvement,life quality scores of comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher thanthose of the routine nursing group after nursing,difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce complications and promote life quality improvement of children with Kawasaki disease,which is worthy of promotion and application.
