急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征的心电图研究

ECG Research of Acute Cerebrovascular Disease Complicated with Cerebral Cardiac Syndrome

目的对急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征的心电图变化进行分析。方法将2019年8月-2020年7月期间在淄博市中医医院进行治疗的急性脑血管并发脑心综合征的90例患者作为本次主要研究的对象,所有患者经过CT检查后确诊为急性脑血管疾病并发脑心综合征,再对其进行心电图检查,观察最终的心电图情况。结果所有患者中,经心电图检查后,发生异常变化的有82例。其中属于脑梗死的患者有40例,心电图发生异常变化的有38例,属于脑出血的患者有29例,心电图发生异常变化的有25例;属于蛛网膜下腔出血的患者有21例,心电图发生异常变化的有19例。患者心电图出现异常的频率和其发病位置有紧密的联系,患者发病位置在脑干部位,其心电图发生异常变化最严重。结论急性脑血管疾病并发脑心综合征患者的心电图异常变化存在多样性,临床结果显示,急性脑血管病对患者的心脏功能有一定的损害,并且患者的症状越严重,心电图发生异常变化的概率就越高。因此,给急性脑血管疾病患者使用心电图进行检查,能够判断其有无心脏受损的情况。

Objective To analyze ECG changes of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with cerebrovascular syndrome.Methods The paper chose 90 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease patients complicated with cerebrovascular syndrome with CT examination treated in Zibo City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to July 2020 as study subjects,and examined their ECG to observe final ECG condition.Results Among all patients,82 cases showed abnormal changes after ECG examination,including 40 cases with cerebral infarction,38 cases with abnormal ECG changes,29 cases with cerebral hemorrhage,among them 25 cases with abnormal ECG changes.There were 21 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage and 19 cases with abnormal ECG changes.Frequency of ECG abnormalities was closely related to disease location,which was in brain stem,with most serious abnormal changes of ECG.Conclusion Abnormal ECG changes of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with cerebrovascular syndrome are diversified.Clinical results show,acute cerebrovascular disease has some certain damage to heart function of patients,and the more serious symptoms of patients is,the higher probability of abnormal changes of ECG is.Therefore,electrocardiogram can diagnose heart damage of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.
