乙酰半胱氨酸联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果及对呼吸状态的影响

Effect of Acetylcysteine Combined with Salmeterol Ticasone Aerosol on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its Effect on Respiratory Status

目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果及对呼吸状态的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月本院收治的76例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,根据治疗方案分组,观察组及对照组各38例,对照组应用沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗,观察组在此基础上联合乙酰半胱氨酸,对两组治疗结果进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为97.37%,较对照组81.58%高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PO_(2)、PCO_(2)、FVC、FEV_(1)差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PO_(2)、FVC、FEV_(1)较对照组高,PCO_(2)较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸联合沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺急性加重期疗效确切,可改善患者呼吸功能,且安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acetylcysteine combined with salmeterol ticasone aerosol in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its effect on respiratory status.Methods 76 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with salmeterol ticasone aerosol.On this basis,the observation group was combined with acetylcysteine,and the treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 81.58%in the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in PO_(2),PCO_(2),FVC and FEV_(1)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PO_(2),FVC and FEV_(1)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PCO_(2)was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine combined with salmeterol and ticasone aerosol is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.It can improve the respiratory function of patients with high safety and is worthy of application.
