理气和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Liqi Hewei Decoction on Chronic Gastritis of Disharmony Between Liver and Stomach

目的研究对肝胃不和型慢性胃炎患者应用理气和胃汤治疗的效果。方法选取佛山市南海经济开发区人民医院接收的肝胃不和型慢性胃炎患者30例(2019年8月-2021年8月),采用抽签方式均分患者,对照组、观察组分别应用常规西药治疗与理气和胃汤治疗,对比分析两组治疗前后各症状积分、临床治疗效果、HAMA评分及不良反应发生状况。结果治疗后,两组各症状积分下降,相较于对照组,观察组更低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(53.33%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,心理状态改善,观察组HAMA评分更低(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在肝胃不和型慢性胃炎治疗中,应用理气和胃汤治疗效果理想,可改善患者临床症状及心理状态,减少不良反应的发生,推广可行性较高。

Objective To study the effect of Liqi Hewei Decoction on patients with chronic gastritis of disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods Selection in liver stomach palsy with 30 cases of chronic gastritis patients(August 2019 to August 2021),the lottery was used to divide patients into control group(conventional western medicine therapy)and observation group(the spleen and stomach soup treatment),to compare the symptoms integral,clinical treatment effect and HAMA score and the status of the adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The effective rate(93.33%)of observation group was higher than that of control group(53.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,psychological status was improved,and HAMA score in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic gastritis with disharmony between liver and stomach,Liqi Hewei Decoction has an ideal effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms and psychological state of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
