利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍对肥胖糖尿病患者疗效、β细胞功能及体重下降幅度对比

Comparison of the Efficacy,β-cell Function and Weight Loss Between Liraglutide and Metformin in Obese Diabetic Patients

目的研究利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍对肥胖糖尿病患者疗效、β细胞功能及体重下降幅度对比。方法从2019年3月-2020年3月选取茂名市人民医院肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者120名,以随机数字表法分对照组和试验组,对照组60例,试验组60例。对照组用二甲双胍治疗,试验组用利拉鲁钛治疗,连续治疗24周之后对比两组前后患者的体重指数(BMI)、体重、β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及空腹血糖(FPG)的变化。结果两组患者治疗前的HbA1c、FBG、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、FPG、体重、BMI指标水平对比均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后HbA1c、FBG、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β及FPG指标水平优于治疗前(P<0.05);试验组中HOMA-IR、HOMA-β指标水平与对照组相差不多,试验组HbA1c、FBG及FPG检测结果优于对照组;对照组中体重、BMI指标低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽与二甲双胍在临床上治疗T2DM疗效均较好,但利拉鲁肽在降低患者空腹高血糖优于二甲双胍,两者改善患者胰岛β细胞功能相差不大,减轻患者体重方面二甲双胍优于利拉鲁肽。

Objective To study the comparison of the efficacy,β-cell function and weight loss of liraglutide and metformin in obese diabetic patients.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,120 obese type 2 diabetes(T2DM)patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the test group by a random number table,with 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the test group.The control group was treated with metformin and the test group was treated with liralu titanium.After 24 weeks of continuous treatment,the body mass index(BMI),weight,βcell function index(HOMA-β),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),changes in fasting blood glucose(FBG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and fasting blood glucose(FPG).Results The comparison of HbA1c,FBG,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,FPG,body weight,and BMI index levels before treatment between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups of patients had HbA1c,FBG,and HOMA-IR,HOMA-βand FPG index levels were better than before treatment(P<0.05),but HOMA-IR and HOMA-βindex levels in the experimental group were similar to those in the control group,and the test results of HbA1c,FBG and FPG in the experimental group were better than the control group,but the body weight and BMI indicators in the control group are lower than those of the test group.Conclusion Liraglutide and metformin are clinically effective in treating T2DM,but liraglutide is better than metformin in reducing fasting hyperglycemia in patients.There is little difference in improving the function of pancreaticβ-cells in patients,and metformin is better than liraglutide in reducing the weight of patients.
