无痛电子胃镜和普通电子胃镜上消化道疾病检出率的分析

Analysis of the Detection Rate of Upper Gastrointestinal Diseases Between Painless Electronic Gastroscope and Ordinary Electronic Gastroscope

目的分析在上消化道疾病的检查中采取无痛电子胃镜及普通电子胃镜检查的检查准确率。方法选取石河子市人民医院60例上消化道疾病患者,均采取无痛电子胃镜及普通电子胃镜检查,分析两种不同检查方式的临床效果。结果与普通电子胃镜检查相比,无痛电子胃镜检出率明显更高(P<0.05);进行无痛电子胃镜组检查的患者的各项生理水平均较平稳,不良反应发生率明显更低,满意度明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在上消化道疾病的检查过程中,对患者采取无痛电子胃镜的检查方式可明显提高检出率,降低不良反应发生率,稳定患者血流动力学水平,患者对于疾病检查的满意度明显更高,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the inspection accuracy of painless electronic gastroscope and ordinary electronic gastroscope in the examination of upper gastrointestinal diseases.Methods A total of 60 patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases in our hospital were selected for painless electronic gastroscopy and ordinary electronic gastroscopy,and the clinical effects of the two different examination methods were analyzed.Results Compared with ordinary electronic gastroscopy,the detection rate of painless electronic gastroscopy was significantly higher(P<0.05).The physiological levels of the patients in the painless electronic gastroscopy group were stable,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower,and the satisfaction was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion During the inspection of upper gastrointestinal diseases,painless electronic gastroscopy can significantly improve the detection rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,stabilize the patient’s hemodynamic level,and significantly improve the patient’s satisfaction with disease inspection.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
