四川省三级医院临床护士创新能力现状及影响因素

Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Innovative Ability of Clinical Nurses in Tertiary Hospital of Sichuan

目的了解三级医院临床护士创新能力水平及影响因素,以期为提升临床护士创新能力提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年6~7月采用一般资料问卷、护士创新能力量表对四川省6所三级医院1184名临床护士进行调查,采用单因素分析、多元回归分析探讨影响因素。结果1184名临床护士创新能力评价总均分为(123.42±14.87)分,处于中等水平。各维度标准化得分由高到低分别为:护士创新环境和压力评分为(3.627±0.51)分,创新过程评分为(3.19±0.56)分,护士创新主体评分为(3.04±0.38)分,创新产品评分为(1.59±0.36)分。多元回归分析显示:科研创新经历、是否参加创新能力培训、学历、工龄、性别及职业满意度是临床护士创新能力的主要影响因素,可解释总变异的40.4%。结论四川省三级医院临床护士创新能力处于中等水平,临床护理管理者应根据影响因素制定多途径、全方位提升策略,提升临床护士创新能力,推进优质护理服务。

Objective To understand the level of innovation ability and influencing factors of clinical nurses in tertiary hospital,in order to provide reference for improving the innovation ability of clinical nurses.Methods Using convenience sampling method,1184 clinical nurses in 6 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan were investigated by general information questionnaire and nurse innovation ability scale form June to July 2021 and discussing on influencing factors by single factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis.Results The total score of innovation ability of 1184 clinical nurses was(123.42+14.87)points,which was in the middle level.The standardization scores of each dimension form high to low were as follows:nurse innovation environment and stress score was(3.63±0.51)points,innovation process score was(3.19±0.56)points,nurse innovation subject score was(3.04±0.38)points,and innovative product score was(1.59±0.36)points.Multivariate regression analysis shows that the experience of scientific research innovation,whether to participate in innovation ability training,degree,length of service,gender and professional satisfaction are the main influencing factors of clinical nurses’innovation ability,which can explain 40.4%of the total variation.Conclusion The innovative ability of clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals in Sichuan is at a medium level.Clinical nursing managers should formulate multichannel and all-round strategies to improve the innovative ability of clinical nurses and promote high-quality nursing services according to the influencing factors.
