甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断应用多层螺旋CT的效果研究

Effect of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

目的研究探讨甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断应用多层螺旋CT的效果。方法将2018年5月-2021年11月在盱眙县人民医院接受检查的甲状腺结节患者104例作为本次研究对象,所有患者进行多层螺旋CT检查。结果104例甲状腺结节患者中结节类型及个数:143枚结节、79枚良性、64枚恶性;104例甲状腺结节患者中CT检出甲状腺良性结节76枚(96.20%),甲状腺恶性结节61枚(95.31%);良性结节者与恶性结节者影像特征对比具有差异,具体特征对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT检查早期鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节中运用效果十分显著,检查准确较高,具有很高的临床价值,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the effect of multi-slice spiral CT in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 104 patients with thyroid nodules examined in our department from May 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT examination.Results There were 143 nodules,including 79 benign nodules and 64 malignant nodules in 104 cases of thyroid nodules.Among the 104 patients with thyroid nodules,76(96.20%)benign thyroid nodules and 61(95.31%)malignant thyroid nodules were detected by CT.There were significant differences between benign and malignant nodules(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT examination has a significant application effect in the early differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,with high accuracy and effective diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.It is a very scientific and effective examination method,which provides guidance for the later treatment of patients and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
