叙事护理对小儿肺炎临床依从性及家属满意度的影响

Effect of Narrative Nursing on Clinical Compliance and Family Satisfaction of Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨小儿肺炎实行叙事护理对临床依从性及家属满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月深圳市福田区第二人民医院收治的88例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照患儿就诊顺序对等分为两组,对照组与研究组各44例。常规护理纳入对照组,研究组基于对照组实行叙事护理,比较两组患儿临床依从性、患儿与家属心理状态及家属满意度。结果研究组临床依从性、家属满意度均明显比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组患儿HAMA评分、HAMD评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后研究组患儿、家属的HAMA评分、HAMD评分明显比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎护理中应用叙事护理,能够辅助患儿及家属维持积极的心理状态,提升患儿临床配合度,患儿家属对此也较为满意,临床实践价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on clinical compliance and family satisfaction in children with pneumonia.Methods 88 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.They were equally divided into two groups according to the order of treatment,with 44 cases in the control group and 44 cases in the study group.Routine nursing was included in the control group,and the study group used narrative nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical compliance,psychological status and satisfaction of children and their families were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical compliance and satisfaction of family members in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMA score and HAMD score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA score and HAMD score of children and family members in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia can help children and their families maintain a positive psychological state and improve their clinical cooperation.The families of children are also satisfied with this,and the value of clinical practice is high.
