阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞注射液运用于急性脑卒中治疗的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Alteplase Intravenous Thrombolysis Combined with Butylphthalide Injection in the Treatment of Acute Stroke

目的研究探讨阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞注射液运用于急性脑卒中治疗的临床疗效观察。方法将2017年1月-2021年12月在本科室接受治疗的急性脑卒中患者73例作为本次研究的对象,对照组患者37例和观察组患者36例,对照组患者给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗;观察组患者给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞注射液治疗。结果观察组患者的NIHSS指标和纤维蛋白原水平数值更低(P<0.05),观察组患者的总有效率和生活质量更高(P<0.05)。结论阿替普酶静脉溶栓联合丁苯酞注射液运用在急性缺血性脑卒中效果良好,对患者神经功能具有促进意义,明显降低患者的纤维蛋白原水平,改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of acute stroke.Methods A total of 73 acute stroke patients who were treated in our department from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,36 patients in the control group and 37 patients in the observation group,and the patients in the control group were given altepr Enzyme intravenous thrombolysis;Observation group was given alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide injection;Observation and comparison of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results The NIHSS index values of the observation group were lower,the total effective rate of the observation group was better),and the fibrinogen level of the observation group after treatment was lower(P<0.05),the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of alteplase intravenous thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide injection in acute ischemic stroke has a very good effect,and it can promote the neurological function of patients.It can significantly improve the fibrinogen level of patients and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
