康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体功能障碍以及日常生活能力的影响

Influence of Rehabilitation Training on Limb Dysfunction and Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Post-stroke Hemiplegia

目的研究探讨康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体功能障碍以及日常生活能力的影响。方法将2018年1~12月在本科室接受治疗的脑卒中后偏瘫患者40例作为本次研究的对象,所有患者随机分组,分为对照组和观察组;每组20例。对照组患者给予常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予康复训练;观察对比两组患者治疗后的情况。结果治疗后观察组患者的运动功能改善情况更佳(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的不良情绪改善情况更佳;观察组患者的生活质量更高(P<0.05)。结论康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的运用效果十分显著,有效改善患者的肢体功能障碍,提高日常生活能力,改善生活质量和不良情绪,非常具有临床价值,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training on limb dysfunction and daily living ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods Forty patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who received treatment in our department from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Each group had 20 cases.Control group received routine treatment.The observation group was given rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Observation and comparison of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment,the improvement of motor function in observation group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had better improvement of bad mood,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher quality of life,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training has a significant effect on patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.It can effectively improve patients’physical dysfunction,daily living ability,quality of life and bad mood,which is of clinical value and worth recommending.
