Application Value of PAC in the Perioperative Management of Adolescent Female Induced Abortion

目的分析青年女性人工流产围术期开展PAC服务重要性。方法研究选取106例青少年女性人工流产患者,根据干预方式差异实施分组,时间为2020年12月11日-2022年1月16日,分为对照组(常规护理,n=53)及观察组(PAC服务,n=53)。探析两组生活质量、心理状态、避孕效果、避孕健康知识掌握情况、干预工作开展配合度及满意度差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组除心理状态评分低,其余指标均偏高(P<0.05)。结论青年女性人工流产围术期开展PAC服务十分重要,可有效提升个人生活质量水平、避孕效果、配合度及满意度,拓展个人对避孕健康知识认知面,缓解内心不安情绪。

Objective To analyze the importance of PAC service during the perioperative period of induced abortion in adolescent women.Methods The study selected 106 adolescent female patients with induced abortion and grouped them according to the differences in intervention methods,from December 11,2020 to January 16,2022.They were divided into control group(routine nursing,n=53)and observation group(PAC service,n=53).The differences in quality of life,psychological state,contraceptive effect,knowledge of contraceptive health,cooperation in intervention work and satisfaction were analyzed between the two groups.Results Except for the low score of psychological state,the other indicators in the observation group were high(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important to carry out PAC service during the perioperative period of induced abortion for adolescent females,which can effectively improve personal quality of life,contraceptive effect,cooperation and satisfaction,expand personal awareness of contraceptive health knowledge,and relieve inner anxiety.
