经口气管插管行机械通气患者应用清新漱口液的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究探讨经口气管插管行机械通气患者应用清新漱口液的疗效。方法将2021年1月-2022年1月在本科室接受治疗的经口气管插管行机械通气患者50例作为本次研究的对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组经口气管插管行机械通气时给予常规药水进行漱口治疗;观察组经口气管插管行机械通气患者应用清新漱口液进行治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组口腔真菌感染率、口腔溃疡发生率、口咽部微生物菌落计数更低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经口气管插管行机械通气患者应用清新漱口液的治疗效果十分显著,可有效预防溃疡,明显降低对患者口腔黏膜和牙龈的损伤,有效降低口腔感染的发生风险。 Objective To study the efficacy of fresh mouthwash in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation through orotracheal intubation.Methods A total of 50 patients with mechanical ventilation through orotracheal intubation who received treatment in our department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medicine for gargling when mechanical ventilation through orotracheal intubation was performed.The patients in the observation group who received mechanical ventilation through orotracheal intubation were treated with fresh mouthwash.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the oral fungal infection rate,the incidence of oral ulcers,and the count of microbial colonies in the oropharynx of the observation group were lower(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment effect of fresh mouthwash in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation through orotracheal intubation is very significant,which can effectively prevent ulcers,significantly reduce the damage to the patient’s oral mucosa and gums,and effectively reduce the risk of oral infection.
