光镜组织切片结合数字切片在显微形态学实验教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 组织学是了解解剖学的基础,其发展与可视化技术密切相关。本文旨在研究光学组织切片结合数字切片在显微形态学的实验教学中的应用,文章首先对两种切片方式的优缺点进行探讨:光镜组织切片的质量与制作过程有很大的关系,制作切片的技术不精湛很有可能浪费稀有的组织,制作水平的区别也影响着学生的观察。实验课程有限,学生需在较短时间内观察一定数目的组织切片,较难完全掌握;数字切片较为清晰,有较高的分辨率,且不因时间流逝而发生褪色,可保存较长时间,学习时间更充裕。但学生的显微镜使用能力会有所下降,实验参与感会减少,还会降低学生对光镜组织切片的保护意识。在教学实践中将两种切片结合为学生进行讲解与学习,通过学生们的反馈对教学效果进行判断。对教学方式进行改进后,学生一致认为此方式更有助于学习,更有利于对组织学形态的掌握。提升了学生对光学显微镜的操作能力,保留了对实验仪器以及组织切片的保护意识,还提高了学生对目标视野的寻找能力,为以后的临床或科研工作打下了坚定的基础,还增强了学习自主性。因此,本项研究发现,在显微形态学的实验教学中,将光镜组织切片和数字切片结合进行教学有助于提高教学质量。 Histology is the basis of understanding anatomy,and its development is closely related to visualization technology.This paper aims to study the application of optical tissue slicing combined with digital slicing in the experimental teaching of Micromorphology.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the two slicing methods are discussed:the quality of optical tissue slicing has a great relationship with the manufacturing process,the unskilled technology of slicing is likely to waste rare tissue,and the difference of manufacturing level also affects students’observation.Experimental courses are limited.Students need to observe a certain number of tissue sections in a short time,which is difficult to master completely;The digital slice is relatively clear,has high resolution,and does not fade due to the passage of time.It can be saved for a long time and has more learning time.However,students’ability to use microscope will be reduced,their sense of participation in experiment will be reduced,and their awareness of protection of light microscopic tissue sections will be reduced.In teaching practice,the two slices are combined for students to explain and learn,and the teaching effect is judged through students’feedback.After improving the teaching method,students agree that this method is more conducive to learning and mastering the histological form.It not only improves the students’ability to operate the optical microscope,retains the awareness of protecting the experimental instruments and tissue sections,but also improves the students’ability to find the target vision,lays a firm foundation for future clinical or scientific research work,and enhances their learning autonomy.Therefore,this study found that in the experimental teaching of micromorphology,the combination of light microscopic tissue section and digital section is helpful to improve the teaching quality.
