循证护理对减少老年疝气手术患者并发症的发生及护理满意度的影响

The Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Reducing the Incidence of Complications and Nursing Satisfaction in Elderly Patients with Hernia Surgery

目的探讨循证护理在减少老年疝气手术患者并发症的发生及提高护理满意度中的作用。方法在佛山市高明区人民医院2019年10月-2020年10月收治的需要进行手术治疗的老年疝气患者中,选取出100例展开研究,通过随机数表法将其分为对照组和实验组,分别应用常规护理和循证护理,每组50例,比较护理后的并发症发生情况、护理满意率、术后不同时段的疼痛状况(VAS评分)以及康复情况(下床时间及住院时间)。结果两组患者护理后的并发症发生率显示实验组为8.00%,对照组为24.00%,实验组明显更低(P<0.05),护理总满意率显示实验组为98.00%,对照组为82.00%,实验组明显更高(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理后术后1d及3d的VAS评分和对照组比较明显更低,下床活动时间及住院时间和对照组比较明显更短(P<0.05)。结论在老年疝气患者手术治疗期间,对其开展循证护理干预可以有效减少各种并发症的发生,不仅有利于提高患者护理满意度,而且还可以进一步减轻患者术后疼痛,促进术后康复。

Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing in reducing the occurrence of complications in elderly patients with hernia surgery and improving nursing satisfaction.Methods Among the elderly hernia patients who needed surgical treatment from October 2019 to October 2020 in our hospital,100 cases were selected for the study,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method.Nursing and evidence-based nursing,50 cases in each group,comparing the occurrence of complications after nursing,nursing satisfaction rate,pain status(VAS score)at different times after surgery,and recovery status(time to get out of bed and length of hospital stay).Results The complication rate of the two groups of patients after nursing showed that the experimental group was 8.00%,the control group was 24.00%,and the experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction rate showed that the experimental group was 98.00%and the control group was 82.00%,The experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The VAS scores of patients in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower at 1 and 3 days after nursing,and the time of getting out of bed and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the surgical treatment of elderly hernia patients,evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of various complications,which not only helps improve patient care satisfaction,but also further reduces postoperative pain and promotes postoperative recovery.
