紧密型医联体内基层医院护士灾害医学知识认知现状研究

Cognition on Disaster Medicine of Nurses in Secondary and Primary Hospitals in a Compact Medical Consortium

目的了解紧密型医联体内基层医院护士对灾害医学知识的认知现状,为医联体内相关培训工作及同质化管理提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样法,于2020年7~8月,选取医联体内基层医院的588名护士作为研究对象,使用自制的问卷调查其对灾害医学知识的认知现状。结果紧密型医联体内基层医院护士灾难医学自测得分总分为(27.07±7.96);紧密型医联体内98.64%的护士愿意接受灾害医学管理培训,99.32%的护士认为有必要持续开展灾难医学管理的学习和培训,98.81%的护士认为有必要持续开展灾难医学应急能力的学习和培训。结论紧密型医联体内基层医院护士的灾害医学知识水平较低,且对灾害医学管理培训的意愿较强烈。

Objective To understand the status quo of the nurses’knowledge of disaster medicine in secondary and primary hospitals in a compact medical consortium,and provide a reference for the relevant training and homogenization management of the medical union.Methods With convenient sampling method,588 nurses in a compact medical consortium from July to August 2020 were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire of cognition on disaster medicine in regional medical association.Results The total disaster medicine score was(27.07±7.96),98.64%of the nurses in the compact medical union are willing to receive disaster medical management training,99.32%of the nurses believe that it is necessary to continue the study and training of disaster medical management,and 98.81%of the nurses believe that it is necessary to continue the study and training of disaster medical emergency response capabilities.Conclusion The primary hospital nurses in the compact medical union have a low level of disaster medicine knowledge,and they are more willing to train disaster medicine management.
