小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病慢性心衰临床运用价值分析

Application Clinical Value Analysis of Low-Dose Atorvastatin in Treatment of Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨对老年冠心病慢性心衰患者予以小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗的价值。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月曲靖市第一人民医院就诊的老年冠心病慢性心衰患者46例,采取随机数表法分成2组,每组各23例。对参照组行高剂量阿托伐他汀治疗,实验组行小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗。检验2组心功能指标、临床效果、N末端脑利钠肽前体水平以及血脂水平,分析研究结果。结果相比于参照组,实验组患者的心功能指标较低、N末端脑利钠肽前体水平较高,临床效果较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比治疗前2组患者的血脂水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相比于治疗后参照组患者的血脂水平,实验组较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病慢性心衰患者予以小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗,心功能指标发生明显改善,N末端脑利钠肽前体水平明显下降,值得应用。

Objective To explore value of low-dose atorvastatin in treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.Methods The paper chose 46 cases elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure in Qujing City The First People’s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 23 cases in each group.Control group was treated with dose atorvastatin,and experimental group with low-dose atorvastatin.Cardiac function index,clinical effect,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide level and blood lipid level was tested,and research results were analyzed between two groups.Results Experimental group had lower cardiac function index,higher N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide level,better clinical effect than reference group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups,(P>0.05).Blood lipid level of experimental group was better than reference group after treatment,difference was significant between groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose atorvastatin can improve the indexes of cardiac function and reduce level of N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure significantly,which is worthy of application.
