埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效对比

Curative Effect Comparison of Esomeprazole and Omeprazole in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨埃索美拉唑治疗胃溃疡疗效观察。方法将2017年2月-2018年2月长春工业大学医院治疗的110例相关患者纳入本次研究,以随机分组的方式,设立对照组和研究组两个组别,两组均采用三联疗法治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组采用埃索美拉唑治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组患者治疗有效率要优于对照组患者,组间数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中1例头痛、1例嗜睡、1例过敏,不良反应率为5.45%,研究组中1例过敏,不良反应率1.82%,研究组的不良反应率显著低于对照组,两组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.41,P<0.05)。研究组在经过治疗后,有45例研究对象出现幽门螺杆菌转阴的情况,幽门螺杆菌清除率为75%。对照组在经过治疗后,有21例研究对象出现幽门螺杆菌转阴的情况,幽门螺杆菌清除率51.6%。与对照组相比较,研究组幽门螺杆菌清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑治疗胃溃疡相比奥美拉唑的临床效果更加显著,适于在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate effect of esomeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods The paper chose 110 cases relevant patients treated in Changchun University of Technology Hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 for study,and divided them into control group and study group randomly.Both groups were treated with triple therapy,control group with omeprazole and study group with.Clinical effect was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of study group was better than control group,data difference was statistically significant between groups,(P<0.05).There was 1 case of headache,1 case of drowsiness and 1 case of allergy in control group,with adverse reaction rate of 5.45%.There was 1 case of allergy in study group,with adverse reaction rate of 1.82%.Adverse reaction rate in study group was significantly lower than control group.There was significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,(χ^(2)=13.41,P<0.05).After treatment,45 cases in study group showed negative conversion of helicobacter pylori,with clearance rate of helicobacter pylori of 75%.After treatment,21 cases in control group showed negative conversion of helicobacter pylori,with clearance rate of helicobacter pylori of 51.6%.Clearance rate of helicobacter pylori in study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Esomeprazole can achieve better effect in treatment of gastric ulcer than omeprazole,which is suitable for clinical application.
