职业因素对体外受精-胚胎移植临床妊娠率的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Occupational Factors on Clinical Pregnancy Rate of in Vitro Fertilization Embryo Transfer

目的探讨职业因素对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)临床妊娠率的影响。方法回顾本院2014年1月-2018年12月年首次IVF-ET助孕患者(n=1957个IVF-ET周期,共1957对夫妇),分析IVF-ET的临床妊娠率与患者职业的关系。结果女性职业为农民的及男性职业为农民的IVF-ET临床妊娠率显著低于其他职业。结论患者职业对IVF-ET临床妊娠率有影响。IVF-ET前重视对职业为农民的夫妇双方进行相关知识的宣教及IVF-ET中的心理疏导。

Objective To investigate effect of occupational factors on clinical pregnancy rate of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods The paper reviewed first IVF-ET assisted pregnancy patients(n=1957 IVF-ET cycles,1957 couples)in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018,relationship between clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET and occupation of patients was analyzed.Results Clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET in female and male farmers was significantly lower than other occupations.Conclusion Occupation of patients has effect on clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.Before IVF-ET,it is necessary to pay attention to publicity and education of relevant knowledge and psychological counseling in IVF-ET.
