TBL教学法在牙周病教学中的应用探索

摘要 牙周病作为现阶段口腔领域中的多发疾病之一,是导致国民口腔健康受到严重威胁的疾病,牙周病临床表现较为复杂多变。目前,我国口腔医学教育现阶段主要以全科医师培养为主,较少有牙周专科医生的培养,导致医学界培养牙周专科医生受限,所以重点培养牙周病相关知识及能力的人才,是现阶段牙周病学开展教学的重点内容。TBL是目前一种新型的教学模式,该教学内涵是以问题为基础来提高学生学习的主动性及积极性,重点培养学生养成终身学习习惯为目标,倡导学生自主学习的一种教学方法。 Periodontal disease,as one of multiple diseases in oral field at current stage,seriously threatens national oral health.Clinical manifestations of periodontal disease are complicated and changeable.At present,stomatology education at current stage mainly focuses on training of general practitioners,with less training of periodontal specialists,which leads to limitation of training periodontal specialists in medical community.Therefore,it is key content of periodontology teaching at current stage to train talents with periodontal disease related knowledge and ability.TBL is a new teaching mode with teaching connotation of improving learning initiative and enthusiasm of students based on problems,cultivating their lifelong learning habits,and advocating their autonomous learning.
