静脉治疗护理在持续质量改进经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管护理质量中的应用价值

Application Value of Intravenous Therapy Nursing in Continuously Improving Nursing Quality of Central Venous Catheterization Through Peripheral Venipuncture

目的分析静脉治疗护理在PICC患者中的运用。方法将95例PICC持续质量改进患者分成对照组与观察组,并给予常规护理、静脉治疗护理。结果观察组护理满意度达到了97.92%,高于对照组患者的82.98%,数据差异显著(P<0.05);情绪评分评估显示,护理后观察组患者的焦虑评分为(44.37±3.51)分,低于对照组的(48.16±3.95)分,组间数据差异显著(t/P=4.946/0.000);护理后的抑郁评分显示,观察组为(47.08±3.85)分,低于对照组的(50.22±4.09)分,差异显著(t/P=3.854/0.001);并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉治疗护理用于PICC持续质量改进,可减少并发症形成,对于消除患者不良情绪的意义重大,该护理干预模式保证了患者的满意,可以构建良好的护患关系,在临床护理工作中发挥着重要功能,值得推广。

Objective To analyze application of intravenous therapy nursing in PICC patients.Methods The paper chose 95 patients with continuous quality improvement of PICC,and divided them into control group and observation group,treated with routine nursing and intravenous treatment nursing.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 82.98%of control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Evaluation of emotion scores showed that anxiety scores in observation group after nursing were(44.37±3.51),lower than control group(48.16±3.95),with significant difference between groups,with statistical significance,(t/P=4.946/0.000).Depression scores after nursing in observation group were(47.08±3.85),significantly lower than control group(50.22±4.09),with statistical significance,(t/P=3.854/0.001).Complications incidence was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous therapy nursing can reduce formation of complications with significance to eliminate bad emotions of PICC patients with continuous quality improvement,it can ensure satisfaction degree of patients,build good nurse patient relationship,and plays an important role in clinical nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
