薄氏腹针联合活血化痰法治疗脑梗死患者的临床研究

Clinical Studies of Abdominal Acupuncture Plus Huoxue Huatan Granules in Treating Cerebral Infarction

目的浅析薄氏腹针联合活血化痰法治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法纳入本单位2021年1~8月确诊脑梗死符合入选标准的58例住院患者作为研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,取其中29例为对照组,施行常规治疗;另29例为治疗组,在常规治疗之上加以薄氏腹针联合活血化痰法治疗;比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力评定(ADL)、血小板计数(PLT)、血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、D-二聚体(D-D)、整体疗效及不良反应差异。结果治疗前,治疗组NIHSS评分和PLT、MPV、PDW、D-D水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组NIHSS评分低于对照组,PLT水平高于对照组,MPV、PDW、D-D水平低于对照组,生活自理率高于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死患者接受活血化痰法联合薄氏腹针治疗,整体疗效显著,安全性理想。

Objective To analyze the effects of abdominal acupuncture plus Huoxue Huatan granules in treating cerebral infarction.Methods 58 inpatients with cerebral infarction admitted from January 2021 to August 2021 in our hospital were chosen as research samples.According to random number table,29 cases of taking the routine treatment were set as control group;29 cases of taking the routine treatment,abdominal acupuncture and Huoxue Huatan granules were set as treatment group.Group contrast results were appraised through national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),activity of daily living(ADL),platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),D-dimer(D-D),overall effects and adverse reactions.Results Before treatment,NIHSS scores,PLT,MPV,PDW and D-D values between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,NIHSS scores in the treatment group were lower than control group;PLT values were higher than control group;MPV,PDW and D-D values were lower than control group;self-care ratios and total effective treatment rates were higher than control group(P<0.05);the incidences of overall adverse reactions between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The abdominal acupuncture and Huoxue Huatan granules can increase the overall effects and treatment safety for cerebral infarction patients.
