微创“八”字切口入路结合新型锁定钛板治疗跟骨骨折 被引量:1

Minimally Invasive “eight” Incision Approach Combined with New Locking Titanium Plate for Calcaneal Fractures

摘要 目的探究微创“八”字切口入路结合新型锁定钛板治疗跟骨骨折的应用价值与疗效。方法试验纳入本院65例跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照、观察组,对照组应用传统切开内固定术治疗,观察组应用微创“八”字切口入路结合新型锁定钛板治疗,观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量、下地活动时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组,P<0.05;对照组患者优良率是75.76%低于观察组96.88%,P<0.05;观察组的并发症的发生率为9.38%低于对照组为30.30%,P<0.05;观察组VAS评分显著更低,跟骨高度、Gissane角、Bohler角、跟骨宽度恢复良好。结论微创“八”字切口入路结合新型锁定钛板治疗跟骨骨折的应用价值显著,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application value and efficacy of minimally invasive“eight”incision approach combined with new locking titanium plate in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods Sixty-five patients with calcaneal fracture in our hospital were enrolled in the experiment and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with traditional open internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive“eight”incision approach combined with new locking titanium plate.The curative effects of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,The intraoperative blood loss,ambulation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of patients in the control group was 75.76%lower than that in the observation group was 96.88%,P<0.05;The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.38%lower than that in the control group was 30.30%,P<0.05;VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower,and calcaneal height,Gissane angle,Bohler angle and calcaneal width recovered well.Conclusion Minimally invasive“eight”incision combined with new locking titanium plate has significant application value in the treatment of calcaneal fractures,which is worthy of promotion.
