糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者的急诊治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Emergency Treatment in Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Acute Pancreatitis

目的探析糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者接受接诊治疗的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月-2021年1月本院接收的糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者(62例),应用统计学单盲分组方式将研究对象划分两组,组别名称为参照组(3l例)与研究组(3l例),参照组予以患者的治疗方式为胰岛素治疗,研究组予以患者的治疗方式为小剂量胰岛素联合生长抑素治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果研究组患者血淀粉酶、血糖和血酮体以及临床治疗效果数值分别为(70.14±3.36)U/L、(9.14±1.88)mmol/L、(1.61±0.23)mmol/L、90.3%,其数据均优于参照组(t=22.352,5.380,22.882,P<0.001;χ^(2)=4.520,P=0.033)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎患者应用小剂量胰岛素联合生长抑素治疗方式,可以明显改善患者血糖指标,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of diabetic pain acidosis patients with acute pancreatitis receiving treatment.Methods Select the time period from January 2019 to January 2021 to select 62 patients with diabetic pain and acidosis combined with acute pancreatitis(62 cases)in our hospital,and use statistical single-blind grouping method to divide the study subjects into two groups.The names are the reference group(31 cases)and the study group(31 cases).The treatment mode of the reference group is insulin therapy,and the treatment mode of the study group is low-dose insulin combined with somatostatin therapy.The treatment effect on the two groups of patients comparing.Results The blood amylase,blood glucose and blood ketones of the study group and the clinical treatment effect values were(70.14±3.36)U/L,(9.14±1.88)mmol/L,(1.61±0.23)mmol/L,and 90.3%,respectively,The data are better than the reference group(t=22.352,5.380,22.882,P<0.001;χ^(2)=4.520,P=0.033).Conclusion The application of low-dose insulin combined with somatostatin therapy in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the patient’s blood glucose index and enhance the clinical treatment effect.
