摘要
目的 分析在大脑凸面脑膜瘤患者的临床治疗中采取显微镜下锁孔手术治疗后对患者认知功能的影响。方法 将本院于2017年1月-2020年1月治疗的大脑凸面脑膜瘤患者作为本次观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者分别治疗后的临床疗效、FACT-Cog评分、ADL评分、并发症发生率。结果 在两组患者分别干预后分析患者的临床疗效可见,观察组患者明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两组患者分别干预前分析患者的FACT-Cog评分、ADL评分可见两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在两组患者分别干预后分析可见,观察组患者评分提高更明显,对比差异有统计意义(P<0.05);在两组患者分别治疗后分析患者的并发症发生率可见,观察组患者的发生率明显更低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在大脑凸面脑膜瘤患者的临床治疗中对患者采取显微镜下锁孔手术治疗可明显降低患者在疾病治疗后的并发症发生率,相较于常规治疗措施治疗安全性更高,疗效更好,锁孔入路更能利于肿瘤全切治疗。
Objective To analyze the effects of keyhole surgery under the microscope in the clinical treatment of patients with convex brain meningioma on the cognitive function of the patients. Methods The patients with convex brain meningioma who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were taken as the observation objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group, and the clinical efficacy, FACT-Cog score,ADL score and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Analysis of the clinical efficacy of the patients after the intervention of the two groups of patients shows that the observation group patients were significantly higher, and the contrast differences have statistical(P< 0.05). Analysis of the FACT-Cog score and ADL score of the two groups of patients before the intervention showed that the differences have no statisticalsignificant difference between the two groups(P>0.05), and the analysis after the intervention of the two groups of patients showed that the scores of the observation group improved more significantly, thedifferences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Analyzing the incidence of complications after the two groups of patients were treated separately, it can be seen that the incidence of patients in the observation group was significantly lower, and the contrast differences have statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with convex brain meningioma, the use of microscopic keyhole surgery for patients can significantly reduce the incidence of complications after treatment of the disease. Compared with conventional treatment measures, the treatment is safer and has better curative effect. The hole approach is more conducive to the treatment of total tumor resection.
