角色体验法在临床护生人文关怀能力培养中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨角色体验法在临床护生人文关怀能力培养中的应用效果。方法将2020年6月-2021年9月间48名临床护生作为研究对象,采用自身前后对照,干预前(2020年6月-2021年1月)给予常规干预,干预后(2021年2~9月)给予角色体验法。比较干预前后人文关怀能力、职业认同感以及对培训的评价。结果干预后人文关怀能力得分均高于干预前,且干预后高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后职业认同感评分均高于干预前,且干预后高于干预前(P<0.05)。临床护生普遍认可角色体验培训方法。结论角色体验法用于临床护生培训中可培养其人文关怀能力,提升职业认同感,临床护生对培训方式有较高的评价。 Objective To explore the application effect of role experience in humanistic care ability training of clinical nursing students.Methods A total of 48 clinical nursing students from June 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were compared before and after the intervention(June 2021 to January 2021)with routine intervention and after the intervention(February 2021 to September 2021)with role experience method.Humanistic care ability,professional identity and evaluation of training were compared before and after intervention.Results The scores of humanistic care ability after intervention were higher than before and after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of professional identity after intervention were higher than before and after intervention(P<0.05).Role experience training is generally accepted by clinical nursing students.Conclusion The role experience method can cultivate the humanistic care ability of clinical nursing students and enhance their professional identity.Clinical nursing students have a high evaluation of the training method.
